I've decided to blog so that I don't close up again, to be able to exist along several open levels of communication. R is the love of my life. And my thoughts will never, ever be far from you.

I was reading the blog of a blogger-turned-writer the other day and I realized how seductive the idea of confessing is. It's like immersing yourself in the holy waters of the Ganges, purge your sins and begin afresh. Lingering memories of guilt and regret can be laid to rest. Or not.
